Job Description:-
Installation or reinstallation of Desktop OS & application
Identifying & resolving the hardware, OS or application related problem
Preventive Maintenance such as server disk space & memory monitoring
Mail server support Web Mail & Internet Connectivity related support
Agent Support in terms of IT issues
IT request ticket generation and assign to responsible technician
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
Respond to telephone calls, instant messages, email and personnel requests for technical support
Document, track, and monitor all problem to ensure a timely resolution
Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN
Install and configure workstations based on company needs and requirements
Perform other duties or special projects as requested related to area of responsibility
Desire candidate should Have :-
Skills :-
Good work experience with similar responsibilities.
Microsoft Windows Xp – Win 7, Basic Knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
Use of Remote Control tools such as GotoAssist or Webex.
Basic knowledge of IP telephony, CiscoAvaya a plus
Basic knowledge of Mobile devices such as Andriod, iPhone , Blackberry, etc…
Good communication skill (verbal and written) in English language
Microsoft certified IT professional.
1)Total work exprience 2 to 5 years
Education Qualification:-
1)B.E. B.Tech B.SC.B.E.B.Tech B.SC.MCABCA
