    Work with business unit organizations to secure Subject Matter Expert (SME) participation as testers, work withfunctional leads to develop scripts, and prepare daily schedule of tests.
    Develops quality assurance standards.
    Setting up a test concept, design of test strategy according the quality goals, test activities and responsibilities, test stagesand methods, test case design.
    Define requirements and coordinate setup of the technical test environment, test data management, test tool selection.
    Supervise and ensure adequate requirement gathering for Integration Testing.Review of project deliverables (test concept, test cases, scripts, test documentation, test reporting, error handling).
    Successful identifying, conception and monitoring of the execution of test processes/projects.Monitoring and controlling test process quality and results and ensue the automation testing for future reuse.Conception and execution of non-functional tests (e.g. performance).
    Successful execution of test services; drive the completion of tests and closure of defects with functional leads, testersand Enterprise.
     Address and drive closure of any Problems, Issues and Opportunities (PIO's) identifiedduring the event.
    Escalate potential issues impacting rollout.
    Guidance and coaching by defining documentation and conventionsCoordination and administration of all test activities;
    Interact closely with members of the cross-functional teams.
    Educate, manage and advise on all testing strategies.
    Communicate status, weekly reports and issues in a timely fashion and manage escalations and error handling.Develop metrics / progress milestones to review, track, and report the progress of test activities to schedule.

Desired Candidate Profile:
CRITICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor of Science (BS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Physical Science, Engineering,Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
    Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and experience, SAP ASAP Methodology, SDLC and SAPTesting methodologies and Solution Manager.
    Prefer one or more of the following functional modules of SAP: SAP-PP, SAP-MM, SAP-FI, and SAP-CO.Broad knowledge and experience of integration between applications and external systems.
    Solid technical background in testing methodologiesDemonstrated competency in most testing types (i.e. System Testing, Negative Testing, Regression Testing, IntegrationTesting, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing).
    Strong Analytical and problem solving skills, including experience with documentation and redesign.
    Must have the ability to work with all technical and functional areas and communicate requirements.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in laymansterms, both verbally and in writing.
    Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
     Ability to establish and sustain effective relationshipswith stakeholder and IS organization.
    Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
    Thoroughly proficient in written English.

YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3+ years testing experience, including testing in an SAP environment. Experience in the delivering large SAP implementation projects.
