This is Nikita and there is an Urgent Opening for Life Insurance: Manager -Mumbai in a leading Financial Company.

The details are as follows: Designation: Life Insurance:

Manager Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1 - 3year(s)

Salary: - INR 180000 - 250000

Qualification: Graduation/ MBA
Key Responsibilities:
Working in coordination with team to drive LI business.
 Joint calls & pipeline tracking at RM s and CM s level.
 Liasoning with principal for pending medicals & issuances, regular product & process training & new product trng for all.
 Roll out & monitoring local initiatives in coordination with business (Centre team & local principal team)
 In addition to the above, needs to take Ownership of initiatives launched by corporate office. Drive Contests launched from Corporate office in the cluster and ensure nominations for reward categories/programmers.
 Developing HNI clientele through both SRM and non SRM base.
 Review & share best practices followed in the region & zone within cluster.
 Identify & analyze local sales issues define strategies to resolve them.

Typical day for LIM would be
 Start the day at 9.15 am by meeting the Cluster Manager
 Or directly go on calls with RM/ VC for LI after informing the cluster manager.
 Review pipeline of LI calls in each store for the day by 10.30 a.m
 Speak to all the centre managers in next 2 hours giving information on Target Vs Achievement for the month and seeking information on plan for the day -
 Update the Cluster Manager & Centre manager on the contest details.
 Visit all centers if no calls lined up and check product knowledge of RM s.
 Visit 2 HNI customers along with one of the Sr. RM/Centre manager every week. - Meeting Principal sales team twice a week to review the operational pendancies. - Review the MIS published from Corporate office with Cluster Manager, Centre Manager & Principal.
