Job Description
1.Assess the proppants market in its various segments, applications, geographies, and its growth potential, including the presence of competitors and products available.
2.Identify the key customers and propose a business plan with priorities for the company s sales of proppants in India.
3.Should maintain key business contacts within the oil & gas industry, including but not restricted to technical oil field personnel, equipment and service providers, regulatory administrations.
4.Formulate a product portfolio offering comprising either local or imported products per local market needs.
5.Identifiy target acquisitions for the company in Asia to build a proppants product portfolio and secure a leadership position.
6.Prepare the company s India s entry in the frac sand & proppants business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate should have a degree in BE/B.Tech Petroleum orChemical Engineering with minimum 5 + years experience in oil & gas & well completions.Should have knowledge of the use, performance & specification of proppants. Understanding of convention vertical well drilling and fracturing for oil & gas.Understanding of horizontal well drilling and multi-stage fracturing, particularly with regard to shale gas extraction.Should have excellent communications skills.The candidate should be willing to work in Hyderabad.
