It is a private medical softwarecompany & an established leader in the ambulatory Electronic MedicalRecords (EMR) and Practice Management (PM) industry.All their issues/problemwhile using the application is logged in as cases and are worked upon by theInterface technical support.
Rolesand Responsibilities
A Software Specialist Interface Technical Support willbe responsible for providing technical assistance to all clients which they maybe facing while working different LAB interface with Company application.
KeyResponsibilities:
Responsible for the followingschedules/resolving customer cases and abide by the prescribed norms.
Responsible to setting up the lab interfacewith the reference lab and other EMR companies.
Maintain the highest level of technical andprocess expertise, specific to the industry, client processes,applications/utilities and products.
Maintain the highest level of soft-skills andtelephone etiquettes.
Handle cases/schedules and escalationsappropriately.
Share the technical expertise, soft-skillsand telephone etiquettes with the team.
Reporting to work on all the scheduled dayand not taking an unplanned absenteeism.
Follows & Promote the company culture,its vision & values.
TechnicalSkillset Requirement
Good understanding of Architecture
Good understanding of Servers (Application,Database & FTP)
Good Networking Concepts.
Knowledge of Linux, MySql , MsSql Servers
GeneralRequirement
Good Communication skills.
Good Analytical Skills
Zeal to learn and work on new technologies.
Willing to work 24/7, primarily night shifts
Pickup & Drop Facility will be providing
Salary 1.8 lacs to 3 lacs
