_JOB DESCRIPTION:-
We are looking for MANAGEMENT TRAINEES who are ready to takethe challenges of the Corporate World and are ready to mould them to become thetop most Global Leaders in the Corporate World. For this we train and developindividuals in the following levels:-
LEVEL 1:-MARKETING/SALES/ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONS: (DEALING WITH CORPORATE BUSINESSES,COMPANIES AND INSTITUTIONS ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT.
LEVEL 2:- HUMANRESOURCE DEVELOPMENT: TEAM TRAINING AND TEAM DEVELOPMENT (TRAINING ANDDEVELOPING NEW CANDIDATES RECRUITED BY THE COMPANY).
LEVEL 3:-DEVELOPMENT INTO A TEAM LEADER
(TEAM MANAGEMENT, CLIENT AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT)
LEVEL 4:-DEVELOPMENT INTO AN ASST. MANAGER
(FINANCE MANAGEMENT)
LEVEL 5:-DEVELOPMENT INTO A MANAGER
(BUSINESS MANAGEMENT)
NOTE:-ALL THE ABOVE LEVELS NEED TO BE COMPLETED
Desired Candidate Profile:
Weare looking only for Fresher's or for candidate having less than 1 year of WorkExperience and who are willing to make the career in Management._You'll need to prove that you're a team player but also have the ability to manage and delegate to others and take on responsibility. It's about building positive working relationships that help everyone to achieve postive goals and business objectives.
