Customer Service Team Leader

    Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers in order to sell new advertising programs, and to protect and increase existing programs
    Explain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible
    Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts
    Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts
    Draw up contracts for advertising work and collect payments due
    Locate and contact potential clients in order to offer advertising services
    Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
    Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices in order to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistance
    Excellent Communication Skills, Customer Orientation, Confidence & positive approach, Analytical skills, Interpersonal Skills are required
    Build customer loyalty through coordination with back-end support functions viz., customer service, billing and other functions .
    knowledge of sales principles
    Basic business administration knowledge

    Graduates and Undergraguates, both are eligible-
    Good communication skills
    Ensure strong support to sales functions, product support materials.
    Work along with Business Heads, Product Heads and Others on organizational strategies.
