JOB Description for Contact Service Associate Job Purpose:The job holder would be responsible handling inbound & outbound calls. Would also be handling emails letters and faxes.The job holder would specifically need to follow the Max Bupa customer service protocols while handling the calls, emails, letter and faxes Suggest cost effective techniques for improving service standards. Accountabilities & Activities: Would need to field inbound calls and resolve customers queries Ensure that the target FTR ( First Time Resolution ) is achieved Suggest process improvements in customer service Responsible for adherence of Max Bupa Customer service protocol and procedures Effective time management during month-ends and spikes Supporting the contact centre team in executing in implementing new processes Analysis of data related to calls, emails, letters and faxes. Play an effective role in achieving good audit score for external or internal compliance Qualification: MBA or Graduate in any field. 1-2 years experience in back office/call centre operations in a service industry. Knowledge of MS Office.
