Agency Manager

Job Description

         Achieveteam sales target
         Deliversupport to agents  through coaching and act as a role model
         Recruitqualified agents inline with manpower targets through recruitment support(recruitment agency, ads, telecalling, etc) and own referrals
         Conductweekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information, address common  problems and concerns and rally the team to achievegoals
       
         Setweekly production target for team of agents
         Identifyagents development needs and work with Training Department to schedule appropriate technical , product and skills training
         Visit/ Co-ordinate with local telemarketing vendors to resolve performance issuesand update on results
         Furtherrelationships with partner s staff at their points of presence to generatequality leads for agents
         Accompanyagents on customer  visits to support and improve sales skill
         Co-ordinate/carryout training of Telecallers.
         Developagents in line with career development / training requirements of the Company
 Specifications:
OwnConveyance is mandatory
Preferredcandidates from Insurance Background open from other Industry as well.
Experience 2years onwards
Good Communication skills

Good network in delhi/ncr
